MegaGen is a global leader in dental implantology and oral healthcare innovation, with operations in over 100 countries and a reputation built on clinical excellence, research, and forward-thinking technology. Headquartered in South Korea, the brand combines precision-driven engineering with a strong commitment to education and professional development. Our collaboration began through its Spanish delegation, but over time, our partnership grew to include key projects for the European central office and regular coordination with the headquarters in Korea.


The initial scope was limited to a specific digital design need, but it quickly became clear that the real challenge —and the real opportunity— lay in helping MegaGen define and express a consistent brand narrative for the European market. The core of the brand is shaped by Korean cultural values: innovation, discipline, and collective ambition. However, when brought into the European context, especially in Spain, these values require translation into a more human, emotional, and relatable narrative.
Our role was to interpret that global philosophy, find its local resonance, and turn it into a brand experience capable of engaging an audience of highly specialised professionals — from dental surgeons to clinical researchers and implantologists. Navigating this duality between global consistency and local relevance became the central axis of our work.




Over the course of more than four years, we evolved from being an external design provider to becoming a trusted strategic partner. We worked in close collaboration with the marketing team in Spain, as well as with European and Korean stakeholders, aligning the brand’s visual and verbal identity with its business goals and cultural context.
We began by conducting a deep analysis of MegaGen’s positioning in the Spanish market, identifying its core differentiators and strategic potential. From there, we defined a clear communication architecture and applied it consistently across every brand expression — from visual identity to digital campaigns, print collateral, product launches and internal communications.
As the partnership deepened, we took full responsibility for the creative direction and execution of all key events throughout the year. These included clinical training sessions, product-focused congresses, and curated networking events aimed at building community among implantologists and oral healthcare professionals. Every event was carefully crafted as an immersive brand experience, with attention to every detail — from narrative and staging to design, materials and user flow.
We also led the design and production of exhibition stands for major international fairs, ensuring the brand’s presence felt both premium and aligned with its identity across all territories. In parallel, we developed communication strategies for MINEC (MegaGen International Network of Education & Clinical Research), reinforcing the brand’s positioning as a thought leader committed to ongoing professional education and scientific exchange.








Today, MegaGen is firmly established in Spain as a benchmark in implantology and oral healthcare solutions. In less than five years, the brand has gained the trust of a demanding professional audience, built a strong and recognisable presence in the market, and positioned itself as an innovative, human-centric brand.
Our work has contributed to this growth by creating a coherent brand ecosystem capable of bridging cultures, aligning global strategy with local execution, and generating real connection with the medical community. The result is not only a stronger brand — but a long-term strategic presence in one of the most competitive healthcare markets in Europe.
